(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) The petitioner made a complaint, inter alia, alleging that no proposal shall be given in favour of the second respondent through his representation dated 07.09.2019. Seeking action upon https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Considering the above and without going into the merits of the case, we call upon the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2019 within a period of six weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send the copy of the representation along with this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
