ORDER
1. Issue Notice. Mr.C.Jagadish, the learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 1.1. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. It is the petitioner's case that the appeal which was filed by him on 10th May 2016 has not been disposed of by the 1st respondent, to date.
3. The record shows that against the order of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal with the 1st https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent, which has not been disposed of.
4. Accordingly, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal with due expedition, not later than six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
5. No costs.
