.. 2nd Respondent in W.P.6854 of 2017 Writ Petition in W.P.No.43241 of 2016 is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the order granting interim relief by 1st

respondent under the label of Interim Award in I.A. No.126 of 2015 in I.D. No.26/ 2014 dt.01.09.2016 and quash the same in so far as the 1st respondent has not granted Interim Relief as prayed for and the same has been required to be published as Interim Award and issue such further or other appropriate orders as this Honourable court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case award costs against the 2nd respondent.

Writ Petition in W.P.No.6854 of 2017 is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent Tribunal in I.A.No.126/2015 in I.D.No.26 of 2014 and quash the interim award dated 01.09.2016.

For Petitioner .. Mr.K.Sudalaikannu in W.P.43241/2016 & 2nd Respondent in W.P.6854 of 2017 For 2nd respondent .. Mr.Anand Gopalan for in W.P.43241/2016 M/s T.S.Gopalan for R2 & petitioner in W.P.6854 of 2017 COMMON ORDER Challenging the Interim Award passed in I.A. No.126 of 2015 in I.D. No.26 of 2014 dt.01.09.2016, these two writ petitions have been filed by both sides.

2. When the writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced a Memorandum of settlement dated 15.03.2017 arrived at between the parties under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, read with Rule 60 of the Industrial Disputes (Tamil Nadu) Rules, 1958, and submitted that the dispute between the parties has been resolved.

3. The copy of the Memorandum of settlement filed today is taken on file. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
