By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner retired from service as Assistant Secretary in E.1891 Mitta Mandagapattu Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society Ltd on 30.06.2017 on attaining the age of superannuation. All the retiral benefits were settled except Group Insurance Policy value of Rs.2,04,585/-. Even though the policy expired https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 28.10.2017, the maturity value of Rs.2,04,585/- has not been disbursed till date. In this regard, the petitioner made representation dated 16.07.2018 to the respondents 3 and 4, but till date the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2018 and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

5.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
