Rules and Clause XVII of Letters Patent, praying (a) To declare the petitioner as the legal guardian of the person of the minor son namely S.Khrithick aged eight year and nine months. (b) To grant permanent custody and peaceful life of minor child S.Khrithick, to the petitioner;

(c) To issue such other orders or directions that may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side present and represented that the matter has already been

amicably settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (TNMCC) attached to High Court, Madras. Mediation was conducted and Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 26.11.2025 was sent along with the mediation report dated 02.12.2025, which were produced before this Court.

2. This Court perused the Joint Memorandum of Compromise. The parties have amicably settled the matter between themselves. The Joint Compromise Memo, dated 26.11.2025 shall form part of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Original Petition stands disposed of in terms of joint compromise memo. No costs. Consequently, connected application is closed. 20-01-2026 vum Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order
