This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8306 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11264 of 2022 on 29.06.2022 to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. He would also submit that the charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.255 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before thelearned Judicial Magistrate-I, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District, on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate (Committal Judge).
