(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Srinath Sridevan, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Adesh Anto, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

2. The petitioner has filed an application for substitution before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. However, the main proceedings itself is disposed of.

3. In light of that, no further orders can be passed in the revision petition. In case, some further steps are undertaken, or, the applicant is aggrieved in any manner, it is for the applicant to take appropriate steps. In that event, all contentions on merits are kept open.
