Application No.9614 of 2019 in C.S.No.366 of 2012 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J., After determining the jurisdiction of the Commercial Division Court, this Court has granted time to file written statement till 12.12.2019.

However, the present application is filed to receive the written statement filed with delay of 2577 days, after receipt of the suit summons.

2. Taking into consideration of the reasons stated in the affidavit, the Application No.9614 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 2577 days is allowed, on terms, the Applicant/1st defendant shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the plaintiff on or before 31.01.2020.
