ORDER
The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to issue legal heir certificate for the death of the petitioner husband by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2023.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that when the petitioner and her husband were living in Malasia, the petitioner's husband died in the year 2001. After the
death of her husband, the petitioner has returned to Indian and made a representation to the respondents for the legal heir certificate enclosing the death certificate of her husband obtained in Malaysia and also patta in the name of the name of the husband and adangal in favour of her husband on 24.08.2023 and the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a directions to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Advocate Generation appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent will be considered and an appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 24.08.2023 and pass appropriate
orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
