This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / claimant seeking to condone the delay of 1194 days in re-presenting the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 1194 days in representing the above Appeal is condoned, subject to the following conditions:- "(i) The petitioner / appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- as costs to the "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai" on or before 04.11.2019 failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.

(ii) The petitioner / appellant is not entitled to any interest for the default period, in the event of succeeding in the appeal."

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
