By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider his online patta transfer application bearing Can No.133160327465617 and Application No.2024/0103/16/231855, dated 22.04.2024 and pass necessary orders for issuance of patta in his name in respect of 3.70 1⁄2 acre comprised in the New S.No.261/1A2, Sengunam Village, Perambalur Taluk and District.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the above mentioned property from one Krishnamoorthy represented by his power agent Tamil Selvi under registered sale deed dated 28.10.2015. Thereafter, he submitted an online application dated 22.04.2024 seeking transfer of patta in his name and the same has not been considered. Hence, he is before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 4, submitted that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on it's own merits.

In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 22.04.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits after affording opportunity to the petitioner and 5th respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
