This petition is filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the appeal.

2.Mr.K.T.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appears for the respondents 1 to 10.

3.Though the respondents 11 to 15 were served with notice and their names printed in the cause list, none appeared for them.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in paragraph No.6 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and the delay of 73 days, is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
