The petitioner apprehending arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b) and 85 of BNSS, in Crime No. not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that a case has been registered against the petitioner and another person in Crime No.81 of 2025 on 24.07.2025 for the offence under Sections 85, 296(b) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023.
3. Considering the allegations made in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail petition.
