Respondents Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to cancel the illegal and erroneous joint patta granted to respondent 3 to 8 consequently directing the 2nd respondent to survey the land 3 cents in S.No.191/3A New S.No.223 and identify by Point of Limits and restore 3 cents of land as per documents.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to Mandamus the respondents 1 & 2 to cancel the illegal and erroneous joint patta granted to respondent 3 to 8 consequently directing the 2nd respondent to survey the land 3 cents in S.No.191/3A New S.No.223 and identify by Point of Limits and restore 3 cents of land as per documents.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate would submit that on the representation made by the petitioner enquiry notice had been issued for the appearance of the parties on 02.02.2017.
3. In view of the above, both the parties are directed to appear before the authorities concerned on 02.02.2017 and the authority shall pass appropriate orders after providing sufficient opportunity on merits and in accordance with law.
