Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records of the second respondent herein pertaining to the detention order made in BCDFGISSSV No.346/2022 dated 10.10.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenu namely, Parthiban, aged about 22 years, now detained in Puzhal Prison II, Puzhal, Chennai before this Hon'ble Court and set the detenu at liberty forthwith. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 15.11.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.7634 Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
