ORDER
The revision petitioner herein is the husband of the respondent. The respondent/wife has given a complaint against the petitioner and his family members under the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act and after due enquiry, the same was taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam in D.V.A.No.7 of 2016. She has also filed Crl.M.P.No.3954 of 2016 under Section 23 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 seeking maintenance. By order dated 17.04.2017, the learned Magistrate directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards interim maintenance. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed the present Revision Case.
2. When the matter was called today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the lower court and hence, nothing survives in the present Revision. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. The said statement was also accepted by the learned Counsel for the respondent. 3.
Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel on either side, the present Criminal Revision is closed.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
