(Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 977 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Since the delay is 977 days, the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today. On such condition, the petition is ordered.
