.....Respondents Prayer in W.P.No. 29006 of 2019: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the orders of the first respondent committee in Complaint No.130 of 2018 dated 11.06.2019 relating to the cancellation of elections to the Board of Directors of the 4th respondent society and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to permit the petitioners to function as the Board Directors and Office bearers. 2.It is stated that the term of office of the persons elected to the Board of 4th respondent Society is already over. Therefore the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous.
