This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 12.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 5860 of 2013.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsels for both the sides were present. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court has been complied with and he has also furnished the copy of the proceedings dated 07.04.2020 passed by the third respondent, District Collector, Namakkal.

3. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
