By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner while working as Ranger was suspended from service for his involvement in a DVAC case by order dated 11.10.2018 passed by the respondent. The petitioner has not challenged the suspension order. However, he made a representation on 13.03.2019, which has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Therefore, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
