Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, issue direction directing the 2nd respondent to issue suitable directions to the respondents 3 to 6 forthwith for proper administration and to renovate the 6th respondent temple and perform "Kudamuluku Festival/Kumbabishegam" as per the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.271/2023-1/E2/dated 07.08.2023 by considering petitioner's representations dated 19.09.2023. Heard Mr. R.Marudhachalamurthy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Karthikeyan, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction for the Second Respondent to issue suitable directions to the Third to Sixth Respondents forthwith for proper administration and to renovate the Temple of the Sixth Respondent and perform 'Kudamuluku Festival/Kumbabishegam' as per the 2/6
Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 271/2023-1/E2/dated 07.08.2023 issued by the Third Respondent by considering the representation dated 19.09.2023 made by the Petitioner in that regard.

In response, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Sixth Respondent has filed a memo dated 14.02.2024 stating as follows:- "
I humbly submit that the temple is below 100 years old temple, earlier Mahakumbabhisekam was held on 01.02.2009. The District Level Committee meeting held on 06.04.2022. After that the State Level Expert Committee meeting held on 11.05.2022. After that estimate was prepared was Rs.6 Lakhs it was sent to the Commissioner on 14.11.2023 in Na.Ka.No.11182/2023/A2 through the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE, Salem for Commissioner, HR & CE approval.
On 15.12.2023 the Commissioner, HR & CE, Chennai sanction the amount of Rs.6 Lakhs for temple renovation. On 27.12.2023 the Executive Officer sent letter to the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE, Salem for conducting tender. 3/6
Permission was granted on 08.01.2024 tender was conducted for Thiruppani works and the Executive Officer send letter for confirmation to 3rd Respondent.
After getting confirmation the renovation works will start immediately. The renovations of the temple is concerned the above steps are taken by the authorities effectively." In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
