Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner had already been arrested by the respondent police in Crime No. 137 of 2025 on the file of respondent police, for the offences punishable under sections 316(5), 318(4) r/w sec.61(2) of BNS, 2023.

2.In the light of the above submissions made by him, no further order 1/5
