This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action upon petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2016. 2.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 27.10.2016, seeking to issue patta in the name of the petitioner. Since there is no reply from the respondents, the present writ petition is filed.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the respondent concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner by this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
