(Order of this Court made by J.Nisha Banu, J.) Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel for the petitioner, produced a letter received from the petitioner, dated 02.11.2023, seeking to withdraw the writ petition. He also circulated a letter, dated 03.11.2023 addressed to the Registry requesting to list the writ petition under the caption "for withdrawal". He further made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

2. In view of the aforesaid letters dated 02.11.2023 & 03.11.2023 and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
