These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 749 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd respondent and delay of 470 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement cased by the death of the 3rd respondent, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd and 3rd respondents and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd and 3rd respondents.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3.Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
