This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to receive the certified copy of the partition deed dated 18.06.1986 as additional document marked as Ex.P6 in the suit in O.S No.44 of 2008.

2. There is no representation for the respondents.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner/ appellant to mark the certified copy of the partition deed dated 18.06.1986 as additional document.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
