The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 29.09.2023 in W.P.No.28171 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 28.11.2024 of the 1st respondent before this Court, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
