This petition has been filed to modify the condition "the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders" imposed by this Court Crl.M.P.No.14427 of 2023 in Crl. O.P.

No.15809 of 2023 dated 12.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner finds it difficult to appear before the respondent police. Thus, he prays that, petitioner may be directed to appear before the Tambaram or Chengalpattu Police Station instead of appearing before the Minjur Police Station.

3. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, daily at 10.00.a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that, all other conditions remain the same.
