ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No. not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police states that petition enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with direction that the petitioners shall participate in the petition enquiry and the respondent police shall complete the petition enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and proceed based on the outcome of the enquiry.
