This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent to the second respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.1 of 2017 is pending for the period of three years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation as the transferring would affect the investigation.
