ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is the resident and voter of the area concerned, we are of the view that he should have knocked at the door of the Corporator whom the residents have elected to solve the issues of municipal governance. It is practically difficult for us to monitor each street and each area of every town qua the issue of municipal governance even if the petitioner has a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

genuine grievance.

The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 31.12.2015 to the Municipal Commissioner which appears to have been not responded to.

2. In view of the aforesaid facts, the only direction which is liable to be passed is for the representation to be disposed of by the concerned authority within a maximum period of one month from the date of receipt of the order, leaving it open to the petitioner to follow up the matter with the elected Corporator of the area.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
