(The case has been heard through video conference) Learned Counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Petitioners have filed a memo to withdraw the suit in O.S. No. 90 of 2009 and in view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition will not survive. Hence, he prays that the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and he has filed a memo dated 28.06.2021 to that effect, which is placed on record.
