C.M.P.Nos.21264, 21265 & 21266 of 2017 in S.A.No.1028 of 2012 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J., These are miscellaneous petitions to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent viz., M.Veerabhadran, set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent and to bring on record the respondents 3 & 4 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent.

2. Though the respondents have been served with notice, they did not enter appearance.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavits filed in support of the miscellaneous petitions and all the miscellaneous petitions are ordered accordingly.
