Based on the complaint given by one Shanmugasamy, regarding leasing of mini lorry, the complaint has been lodged against this petitioner. When the police called the petitioner herein for enquiry, he has not participated in the enquiry, but has come before this Court alleging apprehension of harassment in the hands of the police.

2. The petitioner herein is directed to appear before the respondent police on 09.10.2023 and participate in the investigation. On his appearance, the investigation shall be conducted in accordance with law without violating the fundamental rights of the petitioner. 2/4
