ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. She married the respondent on 27.04.2023 at Coimbatore.

2. The respondent has initiated the proceedings in H.M.O.P. No.1103 of 2024, on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. He alleges the acts of cruelty on the part of the wife, as against him.

3. The wife is a permanent resident of Minjur, Thiruvallur District. She pleads that, she is unable to travel from Minjur to Coimbatore to contest the proceedings.

4. Taking into consideration, the convenience of the wife, proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.1103 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court at Coimbatore and is transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Ponneri.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 2/4
