This petition is filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the setting aside petition for restoring the above Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution dated 16.04.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
