2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the property has been vacated and the possession has been taken up by the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents admitted the same and sought for withdrawal of 50% of arrears of rent amount i.e. Rs.1,84,814/- which was deposited by the petitioner at the time of admission.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Further, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the 50% of arrears of rent amount i.e. Rs.1,84,814/- which was deposited by the petitioner at the time of admission. No costs.
