Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the third respondent Police to produce the petitioner's wife namely Mrs.Sanne Lontolawa, aged about 40 years.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue by name Sanne Lontolawa.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the detenue developed love and affection and he married her as per the Hindu rites and customs. Stating that his wife is found missing from 27.06.2023, the petitioner gave a complaint on 30.06.2023.
3. The third respondent/Inspector of Police, after registering the compliant in FIR in Crime No. 234 of 2023, made an investigation on the basis of information furnished by the petitioner. On investigation, the respondent(s) 2/4
now ascertained that the detenue has departed from Chennai on 29.06.2023, by Flight No.MH-183. The travel details received from the Central Foreigners Bureau is also given in the report that is furnished by the Commissioner of Police, Tambaram City Police.
4. Recording the fact that the detenue has now gone to her native and this is not the case of illegal detention, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
