A.No. 5229 of 2022 in C.S.No. 306 of 2021 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking permission to mark further documents, namely, penalty order dated 23.07.2021 and order in W.P. (MD) No. 14100 of 2021 dated 11.10.2022.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the suit had been filed seeking compensation for malicious prosecution. It had been further stated that these two documents are essential to prove the case of the plaintiff.

3. At any rate, they are both either judicial orders or the quasi judicial orders and the veracity of the same can be easily determined. If there is any dispute with reference to documents, then the original certified copies can be produced for comparison.
