Petitioner (in both W.Ps.) : Ms.K.Gajalakshmi, party in person For Respondents (in both W.Ps.) : Mr.R.Rajeswaran, (R1 to R5) Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petitions to issue writs of mandamus directing the 5th respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.11.2015 within a time frame.

2.The daughter of the petitioner, who is appearing in person, submitted that her mother has given petitions dated 30.11.2015 to the 5th respondent to cancel patta issued in favour of the respondents 6 to 8 and that the 5th respondent has not passed any order so far.

3.Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the 5th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's petitions dated 30.11.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petitions, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 5th respondent to treat the complaints filed by the petitioner on 30.11.2015 as appeals filed against the order passed by the 3rd respondent and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
