.. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order in G.O.Ms.No.233 Higher Education (K2) Department dated 18.11.2016 passed by the 1st respondent insofar as it

relates to approving third respondent resolution Agenda No.23 in the 54th Equivalence Committee meeting held on 08.09.2016 and resolved that M.Sc., Aquaculture degree awarded by University of Madras is not equivalent to M.Sc., Zoology and to quash the same and direct the respondents to pass an order the qualification M.Sc., Aquaculture is equivalent to M.Sc., Zoology.
