Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the fifth respondent pertains to the transfer order of the petitioner bearing No.T.IX.1/2017-198-EC-I, dated 31.03.2017 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and violation of CRPF Standing order, consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's case for static posting or home town posting and issue order to the petitioner posting him either in Battalion 77 or Battalion 97 at Chennai.
