ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to expedite the Investigation and take further necessary steps to implead the Car Registration number which was involved in the Accident on 29.04.2017, in the FIR No.111 of 2017 dated 29.04.2017, pending on the file of the 1st Respondent and direct to file the Final Report before this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that a closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dharmapuri in RCS.No.13 of 2018. 3.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this petition and liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy by filing a Petition and proceed further in accordance with law.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
