This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the decree made in I.A.No.5 of 2019 in O.S.No.326 of 2006 dated 06.09.2019 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Thirupattur.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the judgment in I.A.No.5 of 2019 in O.S.No.326 of 2006 dated 06.09.2019 has been obtained and the same has been produced before this Court along with this revision, whereas, the trial Court has not so far drafted the decree copy. Therefore, even though application was made to get the certified copy of the decree, it is yet to be delivered. However, in view of the urgency, the present revision has been filed. Therefore, he seeks indulgence from this Court to dispense with. 3.Considering the said facts and circumstances, this petition is ordered, on condition that, the revision petitioner shall get and produce the certified copy of the decree from the Court below at a later point of time.
