This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 07.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17136 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
