These W.M.P.s have been filed to implead the proposed party viz., State of Tamil Nadu, rep. by Secretary to Government, Highways Department, Fort St. George, Chennai-9 as a Respondent in these Writ Petitions.

2. Mr.I.Sathish, learned Addl. Govt. Pleader appearing for the State takes notice for the proposed party.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve papers on the learned Addl. Govt. Pleader appearing for the State.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in both Writ Petitions.

5. Post these matters on 31.10.2019.
