This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time of depositing a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.955 of 2017 and to execute the sureties as condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.10717 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.9735 of 2017 by an order dated 21.8.2023, on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 14.11.2023 to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.10717 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.9735 of 2017 dated 21.8.2023. It is made clear no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
