A.No.5009 of 2022 is filed to bring on record 1.Mrs.M.Mohana, 2.Mrs.M.Kavitha, 3.Mr.M.Magesh as legal heirs of the deceased second plaintiff as plaintiffs 9 to 11 in the suit.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent/defendant has no objection to allow this application.

3.This application is filed in time. The impleadment of legal heirs of the deceased second plaintiff is necessary. Therefore, this application is allowed. Plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps for amending the plaint.
