O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.10.2015.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the property in S.No.106/3, to an extent of

6.88 acres, situated at Chokkarasanapalli Village, Bagalur Post, Hosur Talauk, Krishnagiri District, and the said property is his ancestral property. He is in possession and enjoyment of the said land and Patta is also in his favour. That being so, without any notice and enquiry, the said land has been wrongly classified as grassland in the revenue record. Immediately, the petitioner sent a representation on 26.10.2015, to the respondents requesting them to issue patta in his favour, but, till-date, the said representation has not been considered.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to submit a fresh copy of the said representation, dated 26.10.2015, along with a copy of this order, to the respondents within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also other necessary parties, if any, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
