This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused in the event of arrest in SC.No.04 of 2017 in Crime No.532 of 2014 pending on the file Sub Court, Ulundurpet.

2. It is stated that trial Court had issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioner herein. Therefore, anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner would not arise. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court, subject to the order of the trial Court.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
